Open up the shopping centre access via Leanne Street to stop someone being killed getting out on Und

The council have closed the entry to Rochedale Shopping Centre because they were trying to make Underwood Road a safer road. The only thing it has caused is people having to use Underwood Road more which has made it more busy. It is a safety issue trying to turn right from the shopping centre on to Underwood Road. Help me get Leanne Street access re-opened
