No banning the american pitbull terrier

I think that the american pitbull terrier should not be ban, for it is the peoples fault for these dogs misbehavior and the people should be punished not the dog. It is not right to judge the animal if you do not know the full story and more than half the time it is a human messing with the animal when they get bit. The american pitbull terrier is not a violent or aggressive it is the way you raise them that makes how they turn out. So please PUNISH THE DEED NOT THE BREED!!!!!!!
