Stop players from silly diveing and silly red card when there not done nothing wrong from the ref in

Douse it drive you mad when the players dive in for a free kick? it drive me mad because, there get other player in truble and west time on the bourd. When I see ref not doing there job prople when players done something wrong like, Bad tackle, hand ball and, stand close to a player for a fight, there get away from it. The ref sould stop the time on the bourd untill they seen repy about 2 time like in rugby ref. If you agree with me then pleese join us.
