Dear  premier Li Keqiang, please consider the damage this project will bring to the Amazon Forest, the animals and the people living in that region; PROGRESS IS GOOD WHEN IN HARMONY WITH THE HEALTH AND CARE OF THE EARTH ENVIRONMENT; Please let's look at all aspects of this project; this Planet is important for us, the future of our children and fellow humans; all the money needed for such ambitious projects could be used to improve the living conditions of people, children of the world.
