DEMAND JUSTICE AGAINST ST. LOUIS COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH ANIMAL CONTROL IN ST. LOUIS WHICH IS RUN BY CARESTL.

There Was A 268 Page Audit Done & There Were So Many Issue's That Were Written About Euthanizing Dog's For No Good Reason's. And To Make It Easier For People To Understand Exactly What They Are Signing So No MORE Dog's Are Euthanized Needlessly. In Part Of The Audit Were Some Of The Following Issue's That Need To Be Addressed:
    1) The Shelter Is Requiring Every Owner Who Surrender's Their Pet To Check And Initial An "ORE" box On The Form As To What "ORE" Actually, Stand's For Which Is Excluded From The "EUTHANASIA RATE SHELTER DECISION" Being Reported To The Advisory Board. 2) There Is An Overabundance Of Cage's For Small Breed Dog's, But A Lack Of Double-Sided Cage's For Medium To Large Breed Dog's. 3) There Is An Inability To Control Infectious Disease Due To Overcapacity, Which Result's In TheInability To Create Effective Isolation Cohorts. 4) Unless It Is A Medical Emergency, Euthanasia Is Only Being Performed Once Or Twice A Week, Which Mean's That Very Aggressive Animal's Or True ORE'S Are Being Held Much Longer Than Necessary. 5) Cage's & Kennel's Are Not Being Properly Disinfected, Which Can Contribute To The Spread Of Disease. 6) Veterinarian's Are Only Spaying & Neutering Animal's Three Day's A Week, Even Though A Veterinarian Is Staffed Seven Day's A Week. 7) Very Little Effort Is Spent Marketing Pet's For Adoption Which Is Extremely Important So That Animal's Can Be Quickly Adopted. 8) NOT ENOUGH Animal's Are Being Transferred To Rescue Group's.
All Of These Major Finding's Were Off Of Page 3 & 4 Of "St. Louis County Animal Care And Evaluation," That Was Listed On The Top Of The Page & All Of The Page's That Were Listed.
I Would Like To Have Them Monitored About Two (2) Time's A Month So That They Can Be Sure That The Appropriate Guideline's Are Stricter Than They Are Now. And They Should Hire New Management & Review ALL Of The Staff & Volunteer's With The Exception Of The Volunteer's Who Already Know How To Do Their Job's Without Any Complaint's & If They Have Complaint's About Them Then, They Should Be Discharged From Serving The Community.
Afterall, It's US The Taxpayer's That Are Paying For The People Who Are Working For Them. Because Without The Taxpayer's They Shouldn't Be Allowed To Handle Any Of The Animal's.
