This mail carrier has been macing dogs on his route.
The dogs are in their own yards, behind a fence and clearly can not get to the mail carrier.
If the dogs are in their yard and not paying attention to this carrier, he will scrape the mail across the fence line to agitate the dogs and then proceed to mace them.
Video clearly shows that these dogs can not reach this carrier yet he continues to mace them. Pictures show 2 Pit Bulls that are being maced by this carrier, eyes are swollen almost shut, and snout very raw and irritated.
Contact has been made to the local police department, Postal office and animal control.
All met with the same result "he is only doing his job".

To whom it may concern,
We are demanding an internal investigation into the postal carrier N. Blackwell and W. Pitts located in Pasadena, TX "Harris County"
This carrier is macing dogs that are in their own yard for no reason.
If the dogs are resting while this carrier is in route he will scrape mail across the fence line to agitate them. And once the dogs come close to the fence line this carrier will mace them.
We are presenting to you numerous video and photos, and asking you to do an internal investigation into this postal carrier. We are asking for suspension with proper training or termination. We are also filing a report with the local police department and animal control to see if any charges can be filed.
