We will no longer buy Illinois lottery tickets until the state and Governor Rauner pay Previous winners.

The news has recently stated that winners of Illinois Lottery Games are not being paid because the state has not passed a new budget.

But they can afford to pay for commercials during the same news cast that tells us the state is not paying winners.

How is it that the State of Illinois can spend the funds to promote the lottery but cannot pay the winners.
