Urge Fairmont to include seafood in their Environmental Plan

The Fairmont Hotels & Resorts follow a very good environmental plan. Their plan covers every aspect of the hotel except for sustainable seafood. Some hotels serve sustainable seafood while others do not; there is currently no regulation. This petition is to urge Fairmont Hotels & Resorts to include seafood in their environmental plan.
The Fairmont Hotel chain uses an environmental program that is approved by National Geographic. This plan covers almost every aspect of the hotels except for the seafood. The Fairmont has no unified seafood plan. There are 43 Fairmont hotels; they have a huge impact on the environment. Some of the hotels serve sustainable seafood, but others serve trawled shrimp or farmed shrimp from Asia, Atlantic salmon and other poor seafood choices. This petition is to urge Fairmont Hotels & Resorts to include seafood in their environmental plan.
