There Was A 268 Page Audit Done & There Are So Many Issue's That Were Written About Euthanizing Dog's For No Good Reason's & Signing This Petition Will Hopefully, Make It Possible For NO MORE DOG'S TO BE EUTHANIZED UNNEEDLESSLY. An Example Is The Shelter Is Requiring Every Owner Who Surrender's Their Pet To Check & Initial An "ORE" box On The Shelter Intake Before Accepting The Animal, There Is NO Explanation On The Form As To What "ORE" Actually, Stand's For Which Is Owner Requested Euthanasia (ORE), Which Is Excluded From The "Euthanasia Rate Shelter," Being Reported To The Advisory Board. I'd Love To See Alot Of The Rescue Group's & Animal Shelter's Taking Over The Care & Treatment Of The Dog's Because I Know That They Will Get The Word Out & Will Run Adoption Event's So That In That Way They Can Be Able To Get The Dog's MORE Adopted & Will NOT NEVER EVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BEING INHUMANELY TREATED AGAIN!!! That Is My Hope & Dream For What Should Be Done Because ST. LOUIS COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL May Or May Not Make Change's To What Actually, Need's To Be Done By New Management But They Should Be Monitored On A Weekly Basis, Until Some Change Can Be Seen. BECAUSE IN ALL REALITY "THE TAXPAYER'S PAY FOR THIS PLACE TO NOT LET THE DOG'S DOWN IN ANY WAY!!! That's Why I Am Asking For At Least 1,000 Signature's From Those Who Are Concerned About This Issue As Much As I Am!!! There Are ALOT Of Dog & Animal Lover's That I'm Sure Would Also, Like To See This Happen For The Welfare Of The Dog's Who Need Us.
