BULK TRASH IN BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD

Residents of Baltimore County have been subjected to bulk trash that sits in residential neighborhoods for extended periods of times. These concerns have been addressed to Jacob Dackman & Sons , Baltimore County Council, the Police Department, and Code Enforcement.
The vehicle filled with bulk trash, pictured to your left, sat here for a long period of time. The owner of the vehicle would fill the truck and leave the vehicle sitting filled with junk unil his next job most of the time. We have been enduring this junk that gets left here for about three (3) years. Most of the time the owner, Jim Artis, residing in Gettysburg, PA, would empty the truck just to fill it with another load until his next job. So, the residence on this street have been enduring this junk, trash, bulk trash, on a continuous basis. We have had some time that there was not a pickup filled with junk, but we have had a greater time that a pickup was residing either on private property or the street. Mr Jim Artis will play the system, either he is being instructed by the landload to remove his vehicle from the premises or the police is ticketing the once out-of-state vehicle.

Please view previous trucks filled with trash, junk, bulk trash.

Bulk Trash that Sit in Baltimore County, Maryland

We are seeking stricter laws prohibting bulk trash to sit in a Baltimore County residential neighborhood more than X hours. Any pickup or any vehicle of primary use of hauling trash should be classified as a commercial vehicle. Allowing an agency to enforce forthcoming laws prohibiting the bulk trash from remaining in a residential neighborhood.
