We, the undersigned True Patriot(ic), True American, Truly Free citizens of the United States of America and/or the world-community, which is very quickly being converted into the "United States of T.A.D. (Theocratic 'Absolute Despotism')" [SEE the beginning of Declaration of Independence (1776-2005 and on into eternity)], do hereby declare and petition the International A.N.S.W.E.R. (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism) Coalition (hereinafter, "the Coalition") for the following indispensable consideration(s):

It being recognized that your Coalition of a multitude of organizations are responsible for the organizing and carrying out of the anti-war demonstrations, if not nationwide, then in many, if not all, of the major cities of the United States, and perhaps in some, if not all, of the major cities abroad as well, or that you have lent your assistance to the latter;

Being that the Coalition's successful domestic anti-war protest gatherings in the United States have numbered not many more than 500,000 persons, or not many more than 1,000,000 persons at most;

Being that the history of the anti-war movement's most effective mass-demonstrations have included at least that many people, that many if not most of them have refused to disperse at the conclusion of the first day of said gatherings, and continued their mass-protests thereafter in order to send a stronger message of dissent and protest to the United States government; and,

Being that the anti-war movement needs many more conscientious persons to gather in future mass-protest demonstrations, and for most of those persons to continue to gather and protest, en-masse, without dispersing for as long as humanly and/or humanely possible;

We the undersigned do now, by afixing our names to the instant document, hereby request that in consideration of the monumental disclosures that are surfacing at this time, which prove incontravertibly, that in order for the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights to be fully upheld, the present administration of the Executive Branch of the United States Government is guilty of, and must at-minimum be impeached for, "High Crimes and Misdemeanors", and/or must otherwise and in addition be fully and nothing but non-violently dissented against in much more stringent fashion, the Coalition from henceforth do its utmost, through any and all of its present and/or future outreach to obtain the participation of many, many more non-violent demonstrators for all future mass-protest demonstrations, and obtain their full and completely voluntary consent to continue those totally non-violent mass-protests without dispersing for as long as humanely and/or humanly possible.

WHEREFORE, we the undersigned do also hereby declare, by afixing our names hereto, that we petition the Coalition for all of the foregoing consideration(s), that this petition is true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief(s), and that we freely consent to this petition and all of its contents without coercion, prejudice, and/or duress, and without protest to the petition itself, though we do hereby indisputably, inalienably and indivisibly uphold our international and Constitutional rights, duties and responsibilities under the international Universal Declaration of Human Rights ( SEE author's website for an excellent article: <a target="_blank" class="links" href="http://www.form-legal.com/comments-one.html#liberty">"On The Fiftieth Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights"</a> ), the Constitution and the Bill of Rights of the United States of America , et alii, recognizing that all people(s) are born equal, and equally free and relevant, and have said duty(ies) and right(s) to guard and protect the United States Government from itself, from its own despotism and tyranny(ies), from all such despotic and tyrannical threats to both the domestic and international communities, and to completely and non-violently dissent, protest and/or demonstrate against all threats to the true liberty(ies) and freedoms of the United States, and against all threats to the international human rights of the entire world-community, free from any and all further internationally-illegal and unConstitutional wars of aggression, war crimes, crimes against humanity, "High Crimes and Misdemeanors", and free from any and all further violations, contraventions and/or abrogations of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Nuremburg Charters, the Geneva Conventions, the United Nations Charter ( again, SEE authors website for another excellent article on: <a target="_blank" class="links" href="http://www.form-legal.com/comments-one.html#rogue">"Rogue States" and the U.N. Charter</a> ), any and all (other) applicable international treaties, and/or any and all other applicable domestic and international laws, civil liberties, civil rights, Constitutional rights, rights under the Bill of Rights, and/or human rights, by the government of the United States of America, and do hereby exercise those rights and duties.
