Demand Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Hong Kong) HKSPCA to stop putting down animals continuously

A 17 years old dog was euthanized by Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Hong Kong)，(Abbreviation ：HKSPCA）on March 2015. The dog had been adopted by an elderly before , but its owner passed away recently. Later, the dog was abandoned and caught by HKSPCA staff in On Yam Estate, Kwai Chung Distrcit, Hong Kong. After one week observation, the vet of HKSPCA decided to euthanize the poor dog because the dog was not suitable to be adopted due to its age and so called health condition according HKSPCA vet report.
All animals have survival rights !!!!! This is a sorrowful petition. We demand HKSPCA to stop putting down old age , so called dangerous and ill animals.
