Because people deserve a second chances some people will pay for a roof over their head before paying a credit card or maybe they just lost their job for what ever reason, and lords should not be charging up to 200 dollars nonrefundable app. fee, and people paying this two and three times for different property. It's hard when you only making 10-12 dollars an hour. I am sadden by as an American been near homelessness and being taken by leasers
