Petition to change the child abuse laws to a prevention measure by mandating all new parents to attend parenting classes before the mother gives birth.
Parenting classes will be a minimum of six weeks and covered by government taxes. Upon completion of the program parents will recieve a license to parent a child.
Parenting licenses must be renewed every two years until the child turns 12.
Parents who have more than one child will be required to take an additional course titled 'parenting multiple children'
Mandatory education for children will begin at the age of five in all public schools under a health prevention class.
