Demand changes in the constitution and management of Nairobi Province Cricket Association to be more inclusive.

The Management of Nairobi Province Cricket Association has mismanaged the running of Cricket to the extent that the standards are very low. The league competition is erratic and the clubs are favored on the way fixtures are arranged. The 2014/15 League ended up in confusion whereby match fixing was suspected.

The composition of the Management does not portray the face of Kenya.
