Sign the Bill of Reproductive Rights

This past spring, politicians in North Dakota passed the most extreme abortion ban in the land, at about six weeks into a pregnancy. They also passed a separate law designed to shutter the state’s only abortion clinic.

We knew this was going to happen. Last year, we launched Draw the Line with a warning that attacks on access to reproductive health care would continue, with ever increasing ferocity. And not just in North Dakota.

In Texas, North Carolina, Arkansas, and many more states, anti-choice legislators have demonstrated their unending appetite for denying women their reproductive rights. This is a national problem - millions of women don't have access to the full range of reproductive health care simply because of where they live.

The Center is leading the charge to put Congress on notice that the assault must stop. Sign the Bill of Reproductive Rights today and stay tuned for a huge next step in the fight to protect reproductive health care.

Please act now. We’re going to make our voice heard throughout Washington, DC, and across the United States.
We the people of the United States hereby assert the following as fundamental human rights that no government may deny, and that our governments at every level must guarantee and safeguard for all.

One: The right to make our own decisions about our reproductive health and future, free from intrusion or coercion by any government, group, or individual.

Two: The right to a full range of safe, affordable, and readily accessible reproductive health care including pregnancy care, preventive services, contraception, abortion, and fertility treatment - and accurate information about all of the above.

Three: The right to be free from discrimination in access to reproductive health care or on the basis of our reproductive decisions.
