Stop the Bombing !
Dear Honorable Senator Luger,
We the undersigned request your urgent attention to the current humanitarian disaster being created by the indiscriminate bombing in Lebanon and Israel.
Please use all of your influence and the power of the committee to demand immediate cessation to all the bombing and killings in Lebanon and in Israel.
Please engage all the parties in that region to bring a halt to the destruction and human devastation.

War is not the answer to obtaining lasting peace in the Middle East. Israel can not kill all the Hizbollah members. They are part of that society. If they kill one there will be ten more to take his place. Treating the symptoms will not cure the patient. Both sides have lots of faults and we, as the most powerful nation, need to be fair and balanced in our treatment of the world's citizens.
You, as Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, can bring sufficient pressure on the administration to have them demand an immediate stop to the current fighting there.
