I demand that hospitals be held accountable when there is negligence and death of a family member in a hospital

My sister wanted to Memorial West Hospital to have elective surgery acquired an infection during her hospitalization and ultimately went into septic shock and died and the hospital does not hold any accountability for her death I can get no justice. I want the laws in Florida changed so that hospitals can be held accountable when there is negligence involved
