Trump’s decision to abandon the Paris Climate Agreement was a dark day for us as a nation but we know his agenda does not speak for the majority of Americans. Thankfully city and state leaders like Governor Inslee are standing up and fighting back. On the same day this administration announced they would withdraw from Paris, Governor Inslee, along with governors of California and New York, formed the United States Climate Alliance – states who are dedicated to standing with the world and upholding our climate goals and more are joining every day.
We know that we can still create a clean energy future without this destructive administration and states and cities across the country are pledging not to turn back. While this President and his oil and coal allies may say NO, we can still say YES to healthier communities, clean air, and the jobs of the future.
