We demand that the County of Monroe offer direct deposit and also provide a phone line just for Dayc

This petition is to enforce the County Of Monroe to offer Daycare providers the opportunity to get direct deposit . We are also demanding that they give us a direct line to have for communications between the two (2) parties. We are asking for theses two Items to be addressed, because it is very important that are payroll is on time. Families cannot survive without daycare, they are in need to have good safe and loving atmospheres for their children. Also the employees need to know when they are going to receive their pay so they can plan accordingly for their households to stand.
We are demanding a phone line specifically for daycare providers, because right now the way it is set up the providers have to call on the same line as the D.S.S. clients and the lines are always busy and you can not even leave a voicemail because they are always full to capacity. The county makes a lot of mistakes on timesheets which reflects our pay and we have to wait to long just to speak to a real person. By having a direct phone line and direct deposit would fix most of our problems.
