Jail Time for animal cruility/ killers 2-5 years

Animals cannot speak for themselves or fend for themselves. If the time in jail is more then just locked up and then doing community service and is more severe then hopefully people would think twice about hurting animals for just fun and games or just using them as practice targets. I want to see more people get what they deserve to cut down and stop this senseless killings of inocent animals. They should have the same rights just as well as anyone else does. Help spread the word and get this stopped. If there is a stricter penilty then this would cut down alot of the animals getting hurt or killed by sensless acts. Its about time something is done and done NOW! This has gone on to long. For each animal they should be punished for the minimum of 2 years. ie- 2 years for torturing an animal, 5 years for the killing of an animal, 2 animals hurt by sensless tourchering 4 years. 2 years for each animal. Someone has to do something to make it leagal and to put a stop to this. Many get away with hurting other peoples pets. If we make it a penalty and put this into affect then it should cut down on animals getting hurt or killed for the fun of it by kids and other adults that just think its funny. Well I dont and I am tired of reading about the thousands of animals hurt or killed everyday. Help the animals,they cant sign this themselves.
