Help Stop Human Right Violations Through Federal Abuse Of Power
This Petition is based on unresolved actual events. It is dedicated to putting an end to:
- A Series Of High Crimes Against Humanity
- Seeking social justice and liberties after all legal resources have been exhausted and the Rule of Law and U.S. Constitution no longer apply.
A man may battle for his honor. A woman may not. A woman who does will engender the sense that dissenters are excluded from society by being identified as an enemy. She will be subjected to intolerant and harassing conduct, particularly in times of crisis. The courts have erected almost insurmountable barriers to citizens’ lawsuits challenging intrusive government investigations or other abuses of power.
A woman sex offender will sense an implication of wrongdoing and a secrecy of suspicion will shroud her world. If the woman is petite, she doesn’t stand a chance while the American justice system, bigger predators, bullies, political obstruction, await to strip her bare from everything including hope and faith. The worst of dirty tricks to foment internal dissent will be used to encourage discrimination and to disrupt her activities.
Organized property theft, tax evasion, anonymous letters or phone calls to employers, friends, family members, and organizations and more simply the invasion of a her privacy, will always enhance the paranoia in any of her perspective circles of social life.
A gay woman sex offender will have to live a desperate life on the margin of survival and after bitter struggles for legal rights as a woman, it becomes despicable to find family members have grown rich off money left to her. Plundered, impoverished, afraid to go to police, duped into exploitation and easy control, enticed by promises of work, she is easy prey and at the mercy of the men.
The female sex offender will be condemned to a life of prosecutions. No concept of common justice are allowed and her deteriorated life will disintegrate her into a peasant deserving only of the most vile of employment opportunities. Excluded from the political process, she will have no rights to her children. Exclusions to Mother-Infant programs in California high control risk prison institutions apply and court systems will find a way to exempt a woman sex offender from child custody matters.
Once a woman is released from prison, she has been discarded on the wayside for any predator to claim with endless openings for the opportunist. Unaware of what awaits, she may be exiled 100’s of miles while the more cunning among the unaccountable, corrupt, or inept officials manage to be or go underground.
Parole officers demanding that a woman sex offender reach the required destination by the next day can be harsh with panic. A woman sex offender can be stranded for hours in the night along side of freeways while trying to get to where she is going.
The willfully ignorant collude with Department of Justice officials by using bully tactics and informing on her every move in order to make conditions of her life even worse than it was while in prison.
Spirited away by the American justice system into being a prostitute, mean misogynist men will constantly advise dressing her up in Moo Moos and other pink skimpy famine garments to control submissiveness. She will be confronted with a sense of demanded sex. When charges of harassment are pronounced, the government is non-responsive with intents of intimidation. But, it could be worse because sex offenders in Russia are often forcibly tattooed with a dagger running through the neck from shoulder to shoulder

Model Facts
A career minded 40 year old female and mother of two had been arrested on several misdemeanor charges of violating a ‘restraining order‘. (Never valid in the first place. See SUBPOENA TO PRODUCE DOCUMENTS) The sergeant who obtained a restraining order for another police officer was not authorized to practice law.
The state courts’ fiduciary trust in the local police department erroneous caused the state court to abuse its power.
Several insignificant items that the Sergeant found in front of a police officers’ house over a period of time was counted as per violation of the restraining order.
The female was arrested for approximately 7 counts. (A sea shell, Merry Christmas balloon, crunched up piece of paper, etc. "This is a confidential file. I took partial responsibility. But, I tried to straighten up, get married, and become a proper citizen. It did not do me any good!")
A competent attorney was not appointed to the female and she had no finances to obtain one. This resulted in her basic fundamental constitutional rights violated, and consequently, resulted in massive civil right violations, numerous constitutional issues. And, ultimately in at least two severe human right violations as the years progressed.
The female was sent to prison, libeled and slandered as a sex offender (see evidence), lost custody of her children, lost her careers, professions, entrepreneurships, and business adventures, real property, personal property, and inheritance trust of $100k.
As a law student and an Associate of the Science in the Administration of Justice, the female exhausted all resources in trying to overturn her illegal conviction on her own. She never received access to any level of appeal courts and the “courts of justice” refused to investigate her substantiated claims of severe obscure government oversights. Moreover, she was never entitled to any appeals for judicial review or social justice. The last being filed in the U.S. Federal Claims Court on November 10, 2005. And, dismissed by in August 2006.
Since, the courts of justice dismissed her complaints, the female was forced to languish in abject poverty and terror as a sex offender. The collateral damages included her losing her drivers’ license and she was forced to become dependent on American men. After finding out how vulnerable she was, they tried to constantly take advantage of her sexually.
Provoked by the U.S. Government to outrage, having to live a life under the scrutiny of government terror and cover up when the rule of law and the U.S. constitution no longer applied, and while being kept in a state of prolonged mental anguish as an emotionally battered and abused woman by the U.S. Government and it’s Federal Judges, the female is currently seeking judicial remedies for damages and interim measures under Rule 108 of the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman Or Degrading Treatment and Punishment to prevent further irreparable harm while this communication is being considered at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
While a considerable number of other avenues exist for bringing individual complaints, both within the United Nations Secretariat and before organizations forming part of the wider United Nations family such as the International Labour Organization (http://www.ilo.org/) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (www.unesco.org), the female is concentrating on discrimination principles for which the Convention defines discrimination against women as "...any distinction, exclusion or restriction made on the basis of sex which has the effect or purpose of impairing or nullifying the recognition, enjoyment or exercise by women, irrespective of their marital status, on a basis of equality of men and women, of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural, civil or any other field."
The female also requested the mandate of 1503 Procedure by the Commission On Human Rights and the Commission on the Status of Women to examine a consistent pattern and reliably attested violations of gross human rights and fundamental freedoms violations occurring individually and in the Western part of the United States, specifically California.
She, further, seeks redress under the procedure for Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights at the United Nations Secretariat and Treaties as well as the Commission Branch.
The female contends that we have the right to oust officers out of the court who were sworn to uphold the U.S. Constitution, but who fall far less that they are legally suppose to.
