Challenge to Return Illegal Campaign Contributions

We are tired of dirty money lining the coffers of politicians who adhere to the "cash & carry" philosophy of government. Democracy is not for sale to the highest bidder.
Knowing that you interned with Tom DeLay, this must be a challenge to see your mentor possibly go to jail for his abhorrent misdeeds. You spent well over seven figures during the course of your three campaigns before redistricting helped you win, but until you return this dirty money and honestly disclose all the financial sources for your campaigns a dark ethical cloud will hang over your bought and paid for seat in the Texas House.

As a Texas resident I challenge you to:
1] Return all TRMPAC funds received from Tom DeLay's PAC designed to be a corporate cash cow to lobby lap dogs in the Texas legislature;
2] Return all the Republican National Committee's State Elections Committee money you received from Tom DeLay's scheme of corporate money-laundering, which brought DeLay under indictment and prompted his resignation from Congress in disgrace; and
3] File amended Texas Ethics Commission reports to reflect thousands of dollars of in-kind contributions not previously reported from Texas Association of Business's mailouts on your behalf, in blatant violation of state law. Sign PetitionSign Petition
