FINAL FANTASY VIII REMAKE NOW!!

Hello Fellow Gamers worldwide!!

We have all come to know and love the Final Fantasy series given to us by SquareEnix. Each story has held a special place in our hearts. Today I come to you and ask that you stand by me as I request SqaureEnix to give the world of gamers a Final Fantasy VIII remake with today’s 3D computer technology.

• FFVIII has one of the most powerful storylines in the franchise and has sold over 8.15 million units worldwide since March of 2013. If you don’t think that is impressive, Final Fantasy VII has sold over 10 million worldwide since its release. This means that if FFVIII had a remake, it can outperform FFVII’s numbers in a heartbeat.

I have played RPG’s since I had FFI and Zelda on the NES and still do, but it wasn’t until I played Final Fantasy VIII on the PS1 that I fell in love with RPG’s. We all have a special game in our hearts that we love, and FF8 was the one for me.

This illustrious world was full of remarkable and memorable characters that explored emotions such as betrayal, love, friendship, hate, loneliness, and happiness.

Gaming wise players were able to explore wonderful places and ally themselves with Guardian Forces (Monsters that can be summoned), control the Flying Gardens (schools that fly), open world exploration on the Ragnarok, use a variety of characters with unique abilities, and time travel among other things. These are reasons why players like myself fell in love with the game.

The only con in this game was that one Tonberry in Odin’s tower that one shot you to death with his kitchen knife (as annoying as that Tonberry was, I loved him).

By far FFVIII and FFVII are the two giants in the Final Fantasy series, and they may be the greatest in the franchise. Squall is equal to or even greater than Cloud, and if FFVII deserved a remake then so does FFVIII.

Stand with me and sign the petition so we can get SquareEnix to give us Final Fantasy VIII remake with today’s 3D game engine. Let us call it Final Fantasy VIII: Rebirth, for the sake of spreading the word.
