We understand every vote is considered important but feel it is your job as candidate for the highest elected position in the USA to clearly state your position on such a important issues. Please make the welfare of children to be a part of your campaign, not just medical insurance and education but the exploitation of children by child pornorgraphers, pedophiles, abusive parents, incompetant child protection services and failure of the courts to protect the children.
With all respect to you and the upcoming Presidential election we the undersigned request answers to the following questions.
What do you know about child abuse in this country? Have you ever done anything for the rights of children? Would you support an amendment giving children constitutional rights to be heard in courts?
Do you feel that a parent who molest or abuses his or her child should be treated any differently than a stranger committing the same act?
What are your thoughts on the freedom of expression and writing? Do you feei that websites advocating sexual activity with children is one's constitutional right and is legal and should remain legal? If so why? If not why not?
How important do you feel children are? Do you feel children should have any say in where they wish to live after a divorce? In sexual abuse there are often no physical signs and the only witnesses are the victim and the perpetrator, do you feel a child should be allowed to be heard in court or in the judges chambers etc? Do you believe children should be forced to be with a parent just because that person is the parent? Do you feel a parent should ever lose custody?
What is your stance on spousal abuse? Do you feel that spousal abuse should make any difference in custody of minor children. Please speak to us about the terrorism our American children faced everyday in their own homes.
