Forgiveness is not something we do for others-it's something we do for ourselves.

Find a way to forgive someone who has harmed you today. It may even be yourself.  It doesn't mean that you're condoning what the person/people have done to you.  It means that you're releasing the negative energy they've left behind and are restoring your own sense of self and peace. Forgiveness is a very integral part of our spiritual growth and psychological well-being.  It releases the toxins of stored anger, resentment, anger, blame, and even shame.

I have added a 2:30MN meditation video on forgiveness to guide you if you wish to view it, or you can merely forgive them in your own way.  The video merely contains relaxing music and several affirmations to be said aloud-or silently to aid you in forgiveness.

Whether it's something from the distant past that's been gnawing at your soul for years, or a present co-worker or friend who has recently wronged you.  Forgiveness is a very powerful force-more powerful than thee anger you're harboring right now-whether shallow or deep.  Are you holding a grudge from your past?  Try to let it go.  Are you harboring anger towards a family member, friend, business partner who has wronged you?  Release it.  Liberate yourself from the clutches of anger-remember it's only hurting you and robbing you of your full potential.

Please find it in your heart to forgive someone today, and make your inner world a more peaceful, serene, and healthy environment.  From which you can view the world with clearer vision and renewed hope.

To Forgive is not to Condone
