Seeking justice for Bolt, Colorado dog chained outside for months now!

Information has surfaced to the above facebook address that Kaylee Gleason has been leaving her Larimer pitbull dubbed Bolt tethered to a tree on a chain in the cold for months now. Judging by the photo you see, it is beyond obvious Bolt is being forced to endure inhumane conditions. There is no water or food in sight, and yet the juvenile claims that, "I truly care for Bolt, and I'm taking the steps to get him the proper care" Lady we're not stupid; that is not how normal people treat their pets. Animals have feelings, you fool!
