Sara Lance is a very interesting character on "Arrow" and did not deserve to die so prematurely after having been through so much in her life. First, Sara experienced a shipwreck and seemed to have died. Next, she was forced to work for a madman and almost died a second time. Then she had to join an organization in which she was required to kill in order to survive. Afterwards, Sara returned to her father but had to be separated from him again so that he could be protected and when reunited with her family, had to leave again in the end. and finally, after having gone through all of that, was senselessly murdered. Sara shouldn't have received that ending and deserves to live her life fully. Furthermore, her family and especially her father shouldn't have to go through such heartache and grief again especially after all they've been through. Captain Lance nearly lost his sanity when Sara "died" and Laurel was the only family he had. And after being freed from his alcoholic addiction, he received the added bonus of Sara's return. For Lance's life to go uphill and then downhill so suddenly is very wrong and should not be allowed to happen. Killing off Sara was counterproductive and the writers have commited a great disservice to the "Arrow" television audience. If those who read this message like Sara and agree with what I've written thus far, please make your voices heard by signing this petition. Besides, if the "Arrow" crew is willing to resurrect a villain like Malcolm (or two if Blood's still alive) then they should do the same for a hero.
