Stand with the Majority: Support Marriage Equality

The committed couples behind the fight to undo California's discriminatory Proposition 8 - Kristin Perry and Sandy Stier, and Paul Katami and Jeff Zarrillo - decided they could not sit back and allow their relationships to be declared unworthy of marriage licenses.

They've won their case twice before. Now their case is being decided by the Supreme Court, along with one DOMA case.

Nationwide public opinion plays a role in monumental Supreme Court debates like this one, and the far-right wing knows exactly how to rally its base. Poll after poll shows a majority of Americans support marriage equality, but if we don't actively show it, we're letting far-right voices drown us out.

Sign our Majority Opinion petition now to show that we'll stand for equality through these legal battles - regardless of time and regardless of our opponents' hateful tactics.
To opponents of equality:

It's 2013, and a growing majority of Americans support marriage equality.

We belong to that majority, and we won't stop fighting until every last couple in America has the right to marry, regardless of their gender or sexual orientation.

As the Supreme Court deliberates on the Prop. 8 case, we stand united in support of the two brave plaintiff couples - Kris Perry & Sandy Stier, and Jeff Zarrillo & Paul Katami - and will continue fighting for the day when every loving couple can be granted a marriage license.
