Congressional Pay Raises

No more Congressional pay raises until Congress passes a balanced budget.
Ultimately, Congress spends money. They have no incentive to balance what they spend to the amount of taxes that they collect. I want to give them one. I petion President Bush to enact legislation that will tie any future pay raise that Congress wants to balancing the Budget first. Until we give members of Congress an incentive to vote no on all of the frivolous expenditures, they will keep voting yes and expecting a raise too.
