Every child should have a equal opportunity for a college education! Rather it's free for all or based on income

Every child should have the right to a free college education! It's 2023 for Christ sakes! Those children that are stuck in provity deserves a free college education and having a rough time making it all the way to graduate high school as it is. 90 percent of those living in provity are stuck in provity because they was NOT entitled to a fair education. This has got to stop! It's not fair and it never has been! A free college education should be based on annual income! The government, and congress talks about making the country a better place, to thrive, to boost the economy but won't put enough effort into focusing on what matters most, and that's our young future! My education was not met because not 1 teacher tried to address where I needed help at even though I asked! I knew I wasn't going anywhere from the vibes I got, after failing so many years I gave up and it's not fair! Even if I had of graduated college wasn't an option considering the financial situation I grew up in! I don't want that to be my kids! I know they want to become something, we talk about it! And I shouldn't have to go pay $20,000 a year for them to go to another school just to have a successful education! If you think college education should be free to all children or based on income please sign my petition!
