Norfolk Southern trapping people in their homes and not allowing the public to access their homes by

Safty of the people trying to make it home or leave their homes but can't because the Norfolk Southern police are unwilling to move the trains in a timely manner and they don't have Safty arms on the crossings only stop signs with no lights and several people have lost their lives because of this issue please help us!
