Any mother who has been accused of child abuse by someone they know (ex-boyfriend, spouse, friend, etc.)should not have their child removed from their place of residence.
In all cases of child abuse accusations, the accuser should be investigated thoroughly also.

I was feeling extremely overwhelmed and had been trying to get help for quite some time.Then one day I decided I couldn't go another day with my out of control,disrespectful,spoiled,aggressive,defiant 11 year old son. I had raised him by myself all his life and never had any complaints or reports of abuse. I put this child above any and evrything. My world revolved around him. And people always told me that I would regret it later when he got older. Guess what? Sure enough. He got older,stronger,wiser,and more demanding. So after years of medications,therapists,psychiatrists,hospitals,and everything I knew how to do that I was told to do didn't help. I was all alone. Nobody in my family wanted to step in because none of them could deal with him. His biological dad was busy playing house with another female and her kids. He nor his family ever cared about my child. Which is part of the reason that I went to the extremes for my son. Anyways,I called the police as I normally did in the past and they advised me to call CPS. I will regret that call for the rest of my life. It's been over a year and my son has been through so many different workers,therapists,attorneys,foster care,shelter,& hospitals. They think they know what's best for him. Yet they don't think about how they are affecting him mentally and emotionally.They have lied to me and my son and mislead us the whole time. Then after 9 months since they hadn't been able to contact the dad the courts asked to terminate his rights. But shortly after my son tells me that his Cps worker is going to take him to visit his dad an hour and a half away.Then they fail to inform me and gradually put me on the back burner and start working with the dad to help him get custody. I am left out and forgotten about. I get very little almost no contact with my baby. Now they took him to live with his dad and want to lie and make up bogus accusations and allegations so I can't have communication or visitation. Only under their conditions and terms. They have destroyed me and I know my son is all confused and hurting. I am all he's ever known or had. Him and I were one. I can't live without him and I can't help but worry and wonder what he's thinking and going through. I know that his dad was very abusive and is violent and aggressive towards me and whoever crosses his path. How can a deadbeat,ex gang member,drug user/drug dealer have more rights than me? Please someone has to help me expose my offenders and all the people involved in my case.We have to put a stop to this madness. Warn all workers and agencies that 'United WE STAND ,DIVIDED WE FALL." These aren't just things you let go or let slide. These are our children and our lives. |

Instead of my child getting the help he needed. Social Service blamed me. The child cursed teachers, threaten teachers, burn kids with hot pens on their faces, constantly ran away, walks in and out the house, steals, suspended from school, retained for behavior, and is out of control. As the parent I am embarrassed to say but, I am afraid of that child and I don’t feel safe when he is in the home. Therefore, I am label a neglectful parent. The principal at his prior school felt after two years of attending the school my son had not been successful and it was time for him to find a school that he could be successful. So, he was given alternatives in the meeting. I was notified that the child’s uncle had not returned to the school to fill out the necessary paper work to get him into Croom. Therefore, I went to the school to take care of the paper work and learned the counselor at Friendly had to handle the paperwork. Ida Day, social worker, and her supervisor was not knowledgeable and didn’t take to the time to find out about the surrogate form for public schools through out the United States , and while I was on vacation filed a CINA against me in court because I was not here to register the child in school. Social Services knowing this child had problems in school stated I transferred him due to grades (not true). Although the social worker was removed from handling the case and proven to be a liar I still face the charges of neglect. I will be sentenced on October 20, 2009 in court. The child is a seventeen years old. My child is doing great in school now thanks to Dr. Hite, Dr. Ryan, and Ms. Bryant who recognized regular school was not the right place for him. |

I am learning my rights and I suggest all to go the same. They treat you as if you have not one single right. THEY LIE. You DO NOT,I repeat, DO NOT have to let them in your home,especially on a unknown caller. This system is out of control. My husband can move out of state, disappeared for days in the woods, totaled a car while driving high, got a DUI, not pay one cent for his child, yet call DYFS and make ridiculous claims and they eat it up. My husband and I have been married for 16th months now and we've had very bad communication problems for a while now. During six separate arguments, I slapped him or hit him or pushed him. I never hurt him, but I was wrong for ever laying a hand on him. Anyways, on the 4th of July, we had a horrid argument and he told me he hated me and he had since the day he married me. I was crushed. I am dealing with anxiety and post-partum depression from my son's birth 9 months ago. I have recieved no support from my husband. Well, I had a bad anxiety attack because I felt he wanted someone else and that he probably deserved it. I then took too many of my anxiety pills trying to make the anxiety and stress go away (it feels like a heart attack) Right after, I knew I had done something stupid, because I had no clue how many I had taken. I walked back home and my husband freaked and called 911 (which was the right thing to do) They checked my vitals, and said I was fine. They didn't even pump my stomach. The baby I'm pregnant with is perfectly fine as well. Well, they released me saying I had not tried to commit suicide and that I was safe and stable. Well, he said he'd pick me up with our son after work. He never showed. He never spoke with me. He ran away with my son to his mom's which is an hour away. Well, she convinced him I was going to hurt myself and my son and that he should keep his distance and not let me see our son. Well, he went to CPS and told them he needed a protective notice so I couldn't see our son unless he requested it and I saw him at their office. I now can't even see my baby and he has completely abandoned me, leaving me nothing. He has not tried, even once, to contact me or see me. He has not asked me how I am or how the baby is. I keep calling him and telling him I want to see our son and that I love him and I feel our marriage is worth saving. However, CPS won't even let me near him. I haven't seen my son in a week and I have always been the primary care giver. I've never been away from him, ever. Not even once. I have never hurt him, neglected him, or treated him poorly. My son is what calms me down, he makes me happy, and is such a blessing. I am bitter towards my husband right now, but I am trying to do what I can to make him bring my son back. I'm going to counseling, anger management, a smoking cessation class, and I am taking care of the bills and my housing. CPS is wrong! How can they file a protective action when they have no proof, no actual concerns, and there's nothing wrong (nor has there ever been) with my son. I am pregnant, and my husband abandoned me and CPS thinks the best thing is to keep him away from me? The system is wrong and needs to be changed and fixed. I don't know how, but it needs to. |

I had papers filled out for the baby to go with my dad or my aunt to have temporary legal guardianship over him when i went but my dad was mentally and financially in no shape at the time and my aunt backed out. So my dad did the right thing and turned him over to the state so that he would be safe while i was incarcerated and while I was in jail they charged me with neglect stating that I did not make proper arrangements for my 8 month old at the time I had went to jail not even imagining I would be getting locked up for 7 months. I have been asked well why didn't he go with the father...and I said "well i prefer he go with the system at least i know he is safe and in good hands and not with a disturbed mental, unstable filthy environment with pitbulls and felons living there." So therefore I was charged with neglect and have to bend over back sideways anyways for god knows how long to get my son back and its killing me. I took great care of him i just made a mistake and yes im willing to do anything i can to get him back but they are making life impossible and the father of my child is one of five children in his household who recieves false SSI Disability through the state. Him and his mother would love to gain custody now especially since I look bad going to jail and he has been dealing with the system the whole time i was in jail...and would only want my baby to get another government check..he thinks he is the better parent. I had full legal custody prior to this situation and he only came around when it was convenient for him I had my own house, car everything he stills lives at home where his MOM gets his check and makes him work a job and he has NEVER worked a job before because she would just die if child support came out of his..well HER SSI check thats really his. I want my baby back now he is mine I did not abuse nor neglect him. Im out of jail GIVE HIM BACK!!! |

He is in HI on active duty and we are from FL. He conned our two sons 15 and 13yrs to temporally relocate with he and his new wife. Now he is taking me to court in HI when FL still has jurisdiction of our case. Our sons want to come home and I only agreed to letting them go because they wanted to and I want for them to be happy. I agreed for 12 months and now that his 12 months are almost up he's taking me back to court for full custody and wrongly accusing me as being unfit. In our marriage he constantly called DCF on me and nothing ever came of it I was told that they would investigate because he was comitting a crime by wrongfully acusing me and they never did. I can't afford an attorney and need on in FL and in HI. He makes more money than I do and can afford to do this. If any one know how to get an attorney to work pro bono PLEASE HELP me!!!!!! | |

It's not easy raising teenagers alone, but being an elementary school teacher, I know a lot about kids and people have always told me what a good parent I am. Needless to say, I've never been accused of neglecting, abusing, or endangering my children. A few weeks ago, my kids and I had an argument. They went to their dad's house, and after my ex egged the kids on for a couple of days, manipulating & coaching them, he then called DCFS. Last summer he offered my 16 year-old a CAR if she'd go to the police & accuse me of abuse. She refused.) The DCFS employee spoke with my children only once - when they were still at their dad's who'd convinced them they were victims of abuse - and ruled that I was an abusive parent! This has damaged my relationship with my children and I'm afraid it may destroy my career, because people whom the state has declared a "danger to children" may not be teachers. |

Help Mothers who are Wrongfully Accused of Child Abuse
Too many lives in this nation have been destroyed and continue to be destroyed because we mothers have been accused of child abuse and are being accused of child abuse more than ever before.
In the State of California alone, there were over 110,000 who were accused of child abuse last year, and over 330,000 who were accused of this crime in New York.
These figures are extremely high and we must stop this blasphemous act, before it's too late.
There must be justice done to the people who took our children away from us in the first place, and have the accuser investigated throughly, before a child is taken out of his or her home. Those of us who are truly innocent deserve justice also. We have suffered a great deal and alot of us mothers continue to suffer for no reason at all. Remember, that we are the ones who brought our precious children into this world.
We want our children back, and we will do everything in our power to make sure that our children are returned back to us.
We don't believe that a judge, or social worker, or psychologist has a right to determine the type of people we are or to treat us maliciously as these so-called professionals do.
Remember that as much as "human cloning" is immorally wrong, it is also immorally wrong for a child to be taken away from her or his home for a crime that we did not commit. It is morally wrong, and we must do what is right in order to solve this problem immediately!
We, as mothers, hope that your can take action now, to return our children back to us so that our children are safe and have everything they need.
Ban the accusers who have lied continuously to the courts and have used money to pay off so-called professionals so that these so-called professionals can act as witnesses on these accusers' behalf in court proceedings.
Let us mothers have our children back please, because the United States is the most powerful nation of all, do the right thing and return our children back to us.
