End this nearly 8 month stalemate and allow Saori Shimizu and Edward Covey to lease the space at the Adrian City Library to be used as a mini cafe.

We have done everything necessary to show that we are passionate about helping revitalize the downtown Adrian area. We will offer a light menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a wide range of snacks, candies, baked items, shakes, drinks, coffee and teas while focusing on not only Adrian gift items but also items from Japan. Our marketing will specifically aim towards increasing the number of people to come downtown to shop, eat and take advantage of the many things our library has to offer.
