THE NEW REPUBLICAN PRESIDENT WILL OVER-RIDE WHATEVER OBAMA ACHIEVED DURING HIS PRESIDENCY. THIS LAW WILL EFFECT OVER 150,000,000 INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN TH U.S.A. BY MAKING THIS A LAW IN THAT NO POLITICAL LEADER, RELIGEOUS LEADER COULD INTERUPT THTHE CONTINUATION FOR FEDERAL FUNDING OF RESEARCH INVOLVING STEM CELLS UNDER THE WATCHFUL EYE OF THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HEALTH (NIH).
