Compulsory Neutering of Cats and Dogs, Not Registered for Breeding.

To the Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly in New South Wales in Parliament assembled.

The Petition of citizens of New South Wales brings to the attention of the House the need to reduce the unnecessary suffering of unwanted cats and dogs.

The undersigned petitioners support the compulsory desexing of cats and dogs which are not registered for breeding purposes as occurs in the Australian Capital Territory and in many overseas countries.
