What's the Political agenda? ...Of the federal agencies who know about the issue but are not doing their job.
Tell FBI and Federal Prosecutors to Investigate and Prosecute 17yrs of (current and ongoing) Organized Crime. Correct governmental depravity. Sign the petition to make sure the Federal government pursues Organized Criminal cases that involve open acts of terrorism and racketeering like mine and others. And stop the government from investigating only restitutionally concerned government compensated cases.
What's the politics behind no investigation?
In July of 1997 our Family (Calif residents) plead help from Austin FBI and Police. In July of 1997 our Family was given the option of our lives or our money (my parents' retirement accounts $250K and our residence in Lake Tahoe $750K) and my career by four members (Tommy Clark Smith, Mikey Keith Ritter, Dominique Gagnon, Perry Carter) and (Duke) Hildreth L Warren of the well known federally investigated Criminal Organization (forty years in operation) headed by Mikey Keith Ritter and Tommy Clark Smith. They were already given countless properties and developments by us e.g. Scorpion Bay in Baja. We also uncovered Austin police collaboration to the Group. Since (and from) 1997 FBI and Police refused to help investigate or protect us. But subsequently insisted we help them - fbi, irs and prosecutors - (John Magnussen and Atty C Thomas, Kevin Shimoda) in investigations. Which helped the government collect 1 mil of the Group's assets. Hence in the Groups' ongoing effort to conceal their Acts to our family we have endured a continuum of 17yrs of horrific serial acts of racketeering. The Organization's recently published book, "Thai Stick", justifyingly mock their target victims. I've since buried both my two parents through this. In overt acts of Obstruction Of Justice by our Federal agencies i.e. FBI (Austin), FBI (Agent Magnussen) and Prosecutors (Atty C Thomas and Atty Nakakuni) - as a consequence - my Family has lost everything. Included beloved pets they took responsibility for.
