Three children are repeatedly sexually exploited at one time to make a film about child sexual exploitation!! Dakota Fanning, Cody Hanford and Isabelle Furhman all appear nude, semi-nude and involved in sexual situations in a movie that is highlighted with a rape scene of 12 year old Dakota Fanning by an 18 year old man.

Many people have heard that a movie called Hounddog has been filmed in Wilmington, North Carolina.
This movie is not about artistic expression, not about music and, though it does delve into the subject of sexual child
abuse, it has gone way beyond decency and is really nothing more than child pornography and sexual exploitation
in under the guise of a story.
In the course of filming this movie, 12 year old Dakota Fanning, Cody Hanford and Isabelle Fuhrman were sexually exploited many times over. (Exact ages of Cody Hanford and Isabelle Furhman are not readily available, but it is clear that they are preteens.)
Please read this petition and add your voice to protect children in movies.
Children are our most precious resources, because they are the future of this world. Parents are supposed to be the ones who protect their
children, but who will do it when the parents rent their children's innocence out for cash?
The government steps in and lays down the
laws to protect kids when their parents and family members won't or when someone outside the family has bad intentions towards them.
But who will protect our kids when the government won't enforce their own laws and refuses to prosecute those who would steal the
innocence from a child for the sake of a dollar, or millions of dollars?
Who will stand up for the children to stop them from being
sexually exploited and used when the government ACTUALLY PAYS the film company to make this film about sexual exploitation and
rape and racism?
The answer:
WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
demand that the laws established for the protection of children from sexual exploitation and child pornography be applied
to everyone equally.
Everyone involved in the making of this film, Hounddog,
TO INCLUDE the parents of child actors Dakota Fanning, Cody Hanford and Isabelle Furhman, their agents, all cast members, all crew members and all individuals, companies, corporations, organizations and/or consortiums or groups that provided funds, facilities or support for the purposeof filming this movie should be charged with 3 counts each of sexual exploitation of a minor for every single scene filmed in which one or more of these children appear semi-nude, nude or appear to be involved in a sexual situation. This should include scenes with the gratuitous showing of these children's undergarments.
Everyone involved in making this film is guilty of sexually exploiting these three young children and should be brought to justice.
The following is a brief description of some of the scenes in this movie.

This movie includes a scene of Dakota Fanning and Cody Hanford nude and "they begin touching each others bodies in an exploration of their sexes", Dakota witnessing David Morse "masturbating and
she watches as he" completes the act, several scenes with Dakota wearing only underpants as David Morse watches her sleeping, her looking at herself in a mirror and more. Also scenes showing Dakota's, Isabelle's and Cody's underpants.
In yet another scene, Dakota points a gun at Cody and Isabelle and orders them to strip naked or she will shoot them, then
she forces them to stand against each other and wraps a large snake around them.
In the most controversial scene of the movie, Dakota strips nude while a man, 18 year old Christoph Sanders, and Cody Hanford watch, then Dakota's character is violently raped by Christoph while Cody watches
the whole rape scene "laughing hysterically". According to sources on set, the filming was frontally lit and Dakota was clearly visible
as she was groped, licked, pawed and humped by an actor take, after take, after take, all the while Dakota's mom watched from a nearby monitor.
The State of North Carolina, The United States of America and the United Nations have all passed laws intended to protect children from the sexual exploitation that this film, and it's script writer/director Deborah Kampmeier, is attempting to show on the big screen.
-- Please be aware that, even if none of these scenes or any of the other scenes where these children are exploited ever makes it into the final cut of the film, just the fact that they were filmed or even rehearsed is a violation of law.

(2) Permits a minor under his custody or control to engage in sexual activity for a live performance or for the purpose of
producing material that contains a visual representation depicting this activity; or
(3) Transports or finances the transportation of a minor through or across this State with the intent that the minor engage
in sexual activity for a live performance or for the purpose of producing material that contains a visual representation depicting
this activity; or
(4) Records, photographs, films, develops, or duplicates for sale or pecuniary gain material that contains a visual
representation depicting a minor engaged in sexual activity.

Second degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
(a) Offense. %u2013 A person commits the offense of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor if, knowing the character
or content of the material, he:
(1) Records, photographs, films, develops, or duplicates material that contains a visual representation of a minor
engaged in sexual activity; or
(2) Distributes, transports, exhibits, receives, sells, purchases, exchanges, or solicits material that contains a visual
representation of a minor engaged in sexual activity.

Section 2251(a)(b)(c). Sexual Exploitation of Children
A "sexual performance" is defined as "any performance or part thereof which includes sexual conduct by a child less than sixteen years of age." 263.00(1).
"Sexual conduct" is in turn defined in 263.00(3):
"`Sexual conduct' means actual or simulated sexual intercourse, deviate sexual intercourse, sexual bestiality, masturbation, sado-masochistic abuse, or
lewd exhibition of the genitals."
A performance is defined as "any play, motion picture, photograph or dance" or "any other visual representation exhibited before an audience." 263.00(4).
At issue in this case is 263.15, defining a class D felony: 3
"A person is guilty of promoting a sexual performance by a child when, knowing the character and content thereof, he produces, directs or promotes
any performance which includes sexual conduct by a child less than sixteen years of age."
To "promote" is also defined:
"`Promote' means to procure, manufacture, issue, sell, give, provide, lend, mail, deliver, transfer, transmute, publish, distribute, circulate, disseminate,
present, exhibit or advertise, or to offer or agree to do the same." 263.00(5).

The United Nations had voiced it's concern over sexual exploitation of children...
The United Nations, particularly through its UNICEF Children's Agency condemns the sexual exploitation
of children by adults as a violation of the Rights of the Child. Pedophilia is not recognized as a human nor
a civil right, nor entitled to any legal protection.
Article 34 of this Convention states:
States Parties undertake to protect the child from all forms of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse. For
these purposes, States Parties shall in particular take all appropriate national, bilateral and multilateral
measures to prevent:
(a) The inducement or coercion of a child to engage in any unlawful sexual activity;
(b) The exploitative use of children in prostitution or other unlawful sexual practices;
(c) The exploitative use of children in pornographic performances and materials.
