We the following demand an end to the oppression of single fathers of America and equal custodial rights to our children.

Upon birth of a child of which mother is not married the father has no legal custodial rights whatsoever. These current archaic laws are misandrist and should be abolished immediately. Children without fathers are often troubled in there youth. Children of America deserve to have their fathers. Allowing single fathers to have equal custodial rights as the mothers, will pull the father's back into their lives.
