Max didn’t fall down the stairs. He was thrown…

In every Australian state, every day, children are being bashed and broken by people they should be able to trust. Two-year-old Max was repeatedly punched in the legs, before he was picked up and thrown with full force against his bedroom wall – shattering his leg.

Sadly, this is not a unique case, and whilst Barnardos Australia was able to find a safe and stable home for Max, thousands more children need your help.

In Australia there are more than 43,000 children unable to live at home with their birth parents because it is simply not safe.
