Early last year, a book called "Earth: The Sequel" was released that turned the pessimism of the global warming conversation on its head. And now, this book has been turned into a Discovery Channel Special. Authors Fred Krupp and Miriam Horn (of Environmental Defense Fund) are featured, as well as the innovators that are profiled in the book.

The book, and now the program, has interviews with inventors and entrepreneurs who are revolutionizing the clean energy sector. These fascinating individuals are the future of our energy economy. And everyone should see what's ahead.
