Because PennDOT take on the task to repair and fix highways and roadways. so why not repair vehicles that have issues with their potholes on they roadways. So this is their responsibility when they took on the task of being penndot. Not mother nature. Mother Nature cause more than potholes but everyone take responsibility and to fixing that problem. so roadways, highways, expressways ate penndot and the state responsibilities. we have to pay for tickets for parking, for driving, for getting pulled over.25% of that money goes to PennDOT and the state. So why should we Pay for our vehicles hitting potholes that we can't always avoid. If PennDOT hire more workers more potholes on main road and side residential roads will be fixed and will not have this problem hire more people stop checking backgrounds people do want to work.
