What ever happened to "Innocent Until Proven Guilty", ALL evidence proved Daniel is innocent of this charge and was wrongly convicted of Domestic assult and he spent 90 days in jail while (I) his disabled wife and son had to fend for ourselves causing more hardship to the family. Daniel was accused of this charge on June 29, 2013 and even though the evidance from his wife's (my) psychiatrist clearly shows Daniel was only helping me, his wife whose's medicines had caused me to become Lithium toxic. I suffered blackouts, hallucinations & tremors just to name a few. Even our own son stated in court that 'dad was only helping mom'. Social workers report also states 'NO DOMESTICE VIOLENCE'. The charge was dismissed until the new prosecuting attorney picked it up and then harrassed us for 9 months before he could get Daniel convicted. A review, dismissal, pardon! Please review and remove this unjust charge of Domestic Assult placed on Daniel Wiseman as all evidence proved he was and is innocent of it. Even the social worker's report showed No Domestic Violence. This is clearly a case of UNJUSTICE!
