Don't let IBD funds get cut

IBD funding for research can be cut by millions of dollars unless we stop it.

In the FY07 budget plan the government plans to cut $11 million from IBD research. If this happens scientists will be limited to the research they can do, putting finding a cure farther and farther behind. We cannot let that happen.
