CUTTING OFF THE TAILS OF HORSES, PONIES, MINIATURES AND DONKEYS - who knows what else these depraved people do. Slaughtering horses while in their own stall. An animals home should be SAFE AND HAPPY - instead INVADERS, show up to inflict pain, suffering and DEATH.

JAIL TIME AND FINES ARE NOT ENOUGH OF A PUNISHMENT. LIFETIME BAN FROM BEING NEAR ANIMALS - THEY ARE SEEKING OUT ANIMALS TO HURT, BURNING THEM, TAPING THEIR MOUTHS AND PAWS SO THEY HAVE NO ESCAPE OR A WAY TO FIGHT BACK, SHOOTING DOGS AND CATS, DROWNING AND BEATING, IT ALL NEEDS TO END NOW.....

Animals have been on this planet a lot longer than mankind - the sick members or society need to be removed from ever harming an animal again. Stop this needless suffering before it starts, report the abuse when you see it, take action. Every life saved counts.

WE NEED TO SEND A STRONGER MESSAGE - in India two medical students throw a defenseless puppy from a roof top - the pay a fine of a couple of dollars. In Hooksick, NY a relative slits the throat of a defenseless mare and cuts her back several inches long and wide because he was upset with a relative who owned the farm, but not the horse, the mare belonged to a boarder. What can we do to STOP THIS INSANITY?
