URGENT!!!!! PLEASE URGE AUTHORITIES IN MANNFORD, OKLAHOMA TO HAVE AN EMERGENCY EVACUATION PLAN ON PL

Urge authorities in Mannford, Ok to have emergency evacuation plans in place for possible flood victims. There is only one way in and one way out. There would be no emergency services available to so many in need. Many, many people live day to day here. And so many have medical conditions requiring immediate medical attention.
I personally lost my home to a fire just 2 years ago. As did so many others. This is devastating to so many who lost their homes in the Mannford wild fires just 2 years ago. Nobody deserves to lose everything twice, so soon.
The authorities are not doing anything to help the situation. We are at less than 4 feet from being cut off completely!
