Stop Using Wildlife as "Live Bait"

We the undersigned are opposed to the use of captive wildlife as "live bait" upon which domestic hunting dogs can be "trained" for so-called field trials.
We understand that unfortunately for raccon, bear and rabbit this petition comes too late since this option has already been signed into law with the support of the dog hunting lobby in the State of Wisconsin. But we are adamantly opposed to this new proposal which would add insult to injury by expanding the current law to include live captive bobcats, coyotes, and foxes. We also understand that this proposal has already passed the House of Representatives and that it is now up to the Senate to put a stop to this abominable useage of the wildlife which has been placed under our stewardship .
Thank you for your efforts.
