Little Tokyo, Leeds! Be kinder to your fish and win back faithful vegan custom

With Little Tokyo in Leeds being one of the few places in Leeds where vegans can eat fantastic food in the evening, it saddens us to see the conditions in which the lone goldfish and Coi Carp are kept there. It would not take much to provide more room and a more enriched environment for the fish. Little Tokyo is normally a vegan haven and has a regular and faithful vegan clientele, please improve the lives of the beings living there and we will come back!

Update #38 years ago
Some positive updates on our dialogue with the owners of Little Tokyo.
* The Koi Carp have been moved to a different tank & are being provided enrichment
* Steps are being taken to ensure no more breeding occurs
* We can confirm lobsters are DEFINITELY not boiled alive here
If you do visit Little Tokyo again, please tell them you are now doing so as they have improved conditions for their fish.
Thank you!

Hello friends!

Our goal of 400 signatures is nearly reached and at that point we will be meeting with the owners of Little Tokyo to speak about better conditions for their fish. Could you give it one last push and share around as we only need 15 more. Here is the link, thank you! http://www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/572/740/708/?taf_id=13591144&cid=fb_na#

Thank you for signing the petition to Little Tokyo to improve conditions for the goldfish and Koi Carp living there. We are now conversing with the owners on improving conditions for the fish (at present kept in poorly equipped, unenriched and overcrowded conditions). Some good news to report: Little Tokyo has confirmed in writing that they definitely do not boil lobsters alive on the premises, as was originally believed. We will keep in touch with updates about the fish.
