Millions will witness the inauguration of Barack Obama as President of United States, a sea of faces carried to the Capitol Mall by a current of hope and the promise of change. Truly, it will be a sight to behold.

Of course, every inauguration is a celebration of democracy's power, but we don't know that there's ever been one that embodied so many aspirations and dreams. And at Care2, we are positively thrilled. After all, we're in the business of making change.

Not that we aren't realistic -- you only have to look around to see that the U.S. and the world are in trouble -- but in this moment of transition, from one president to the next, there lives such potential.
