Unregulated Nanotechnology - Are Your Products Safe?

Nanotechnology -- the design and manipulation of matter at the atomic and molecular scale -- has the potential to make revolutionary advances in technology, medicine, and environmental remediation.

But we are jumping the gun -- nanotechnology is being commercialized without sufficient research on the risks involved. Studies have shown that some nanoparticles can cause health risks such as lung damage, and may also be detrimental to the environment.

We have already put hundreds of products containing nanoparticles on the market, including sunscreen, anti-aging creams and food products. We are putting these chemicals in and on our bodies before they have been proven safe, and we have got to stop before serious damage is done.

- Increase Risk Research
- Improve regulatory policy
- Establish Corporate standards of care
